AI Transparency

How GeniSnow uses artificial intelligence, its limitations and the role of human oversight.

Last updated: 31 July 2026

When AI is used

GeniSnow uses AI to understand messages, draft responses, identify intent, summarise enquiries and guide lead-capture and booking conversations.

AI disclosure

Businesses should clearly disclose when visitors are interacting with AI. The GeniSnow widget identifies itself as an AI receptionist.

Business-controlled information

Replies may use services, prices, hours, FAQs and booking instructions supplied by the business. Customers are responsible for keeping this information accurate.

Limitations

AI may misunderstand context or produce inaccurate content. It must not be used as the sole decision-maker for high-impact or safety-critical matters.

Human handoff

Where information is unavailable or uncertain, the assistant should collect contact details or direct the visitor to a human rather than inventing an answer.

Conversation processing

Messages may be sent to AI providers and stored for service operation, business follow-up, quality and security purposes, subject to retention and legal requirements.
