GeniSnow aims to process only the data needed for AI reception, lead capture, booking and account services. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
Security
We use encrypted transport, controlled access, protected secrets and established cloud providers. Further details are available on the Security page.
Responsible AI
We disclose AI use, recognise model limitations and promote human oversight.
Calendar permissions
Calendar access is granted through provider OAuth permissions and is used for availability and event creation. Authorised users can revoke access.
Payments
Subscription checkout and payment processing use specialist payment infrastructure. GeniSnow does not need to store complete card details.
