Secure communications
GeniSnow uses HTTPS and TLS for information transmitted between users, websites, APIs and supported service providers.
Access controls
Administrative access is restricted, secrets are stored through protected environment-variable systems and customers are expected to protect their credentials.
Infrastructure
The service uses established cloud and platform providers. Security responsibilities are shared between GeniSnow, those providers and each customer.
Monitoring and response
We review logs and operational alerts to identify failures and suspicious activity. Incidents are assessed and handled according to severity and applicable notification duties.
Responsible disclosure
Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported to security@genisnow.com. Do not access, alter or disclose data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
No absolute guarantee
No online service can guarantee complete security. Customers should maintain appropriate staff training, access controls, backups and incident processes.
