Terms of Service
The terms governing access to and use of GeniSnow’s website, subscriptions, AI receptionist, booking and related services.

Agreement
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using GeniSnow, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have authority to act for the relevant business.
The service
GeniSnow may provide AI chat, lead capture, appointment booking, calendar integrations, dashboards, notifications and related automation. Features may vary by plan and develop over time.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, configure their assistant responsibly, protect account credentials, obtain required notices and consents, and comply with applicable law.
AI limitations
AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. GeniSnow must not be configured as the sole source of emergency, medical, legal, financial or safety-critical advice.
Trials and subscriptions
Where offered, a free trial converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Charges recur until cancellation. Pricing and usage allowances are shown at checkout.
Payments and cancellation
Fees are charged in advance through our payment provider. Customers may cancel future renewal using available account or support processes. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, API restrictions and events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
Third-party services
Integrations may include Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Stripe, Supabase and Vercel. Their services are subject to their own terms and availability.
Intellectual property
GeniSnow retains rights in its software, brand, designs and documentation. Customers retain ownership of their content and grant the rights needed to process it for service delivery.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, unlawful use, security threats or material breach.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, GeniSnow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
